Green Goddess Dressing

Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt adds a perfectly delicious tangy bite to this green goddess dressing, bursting with fresh herbs such as tarragon, parsley, and chives.

Ingredients:

Green Goddess Dressing:

  • 1 cup Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon
  • 1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs (such as parsley, dill, basil, mint, or cilantro)
  • ½ cup light oil (such as sunflower oil, avocado oil, or light olive oil)
  • 1 medium garlic clove (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (by taste)
  • Pinch or two of salt (by taste)

 

Green Goddess Salad:

  • Spring mix greens
  • Thinly sliced radishes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Alfalfa sprouts

 

Equipment:

  • Food processor or blender

 

YIELD  PREP TIME  TOTAL SERVINGS
1 ¼ cups 5 minutes 4 – 6 ¼ cup servings

 

Instructions

  1. Place all dressing ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade or a high-speed blender.
  2. Process all dressing ingredients until consistently smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve immediately over your desired salad or as a dip. Leftovers can be kept refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
