Delightfully creamy, rich, and tangy, Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt pairs with feta cheese to make the ultimate Mediterranean dip.

Ingredients:

  • 8oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade.
  2. Whip all ingredients on medium-high speed until feta is whipped to a smooth mixture.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or plate. Top with desired hot honey, herbs, and olive oil.
  4. Serve with pita wedges and desired veggies, such as baby cucumbers or bell peppers.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
