As a Registered Dietitian, I promote Plain, unsweetened, non-fat yogurt and YOU add the fruit. I recently discovered Ellenos at Costco and fell in love with it. I wish the Saturated fat was a little lower for Cardiovascular health, but as long as we are mindful of our total Fat intake throughout the day that is what's best. I add 1 Tbls Chia Seeds, 1 Tbls Hempseeds, 3/4 cup fruit, and 1/2 cup Muesli mix. This creates a high fiber, high protein, Omega-3 rich breakfast to have a successful day.

I really enjoy the taste of this yogurt. It is light and smooth. A perfect base to make a smoothie or other recipe.

This has the same lovely consistency of the sweetened Ellenos yogurts, but without sugar. I have used it atop crepes, as well as atop baked potatoes in place of sour cream. The best part is that if I want to make it sweeter, I can, by adding fruit, syrups, coffee, etc. , but my favorite sweet addition, by far, is friend's honey made from her hives. It blends beautifully. I also make a raita sauce for rice dishes, and also my own version of tartar sauce when I make salmon. Thank you!

Your plain unsweetened yogurt is literally the best yogurt our family has ever had in the USA. It is truly authentic flavor and even more so to the texture in quality yogurt we enjoy whenever we visit friends in Greece.

I am 70+ years old and have enjoyed plain unsweetened yogurt my entire life and lucky to have tasted yogurt all over the world from Turkey, Scandinavia, Germany, Iceland, Egypt, etc. All countries where cultured dairy products are very important. Ellenos ranks Number ONE in the United State and I was so glad to have first tasted it in the USO at Chicago O'Hare Airport. Have been a fan ever since. Marvelous taste, thick and delicious! Literally this is the best yogurt I’ve ever had. Each time I go to eat a container I’m like, ya it’s good, I’ll have a yogurt, and then I’m transformed to Oz where I’m standing on the yellow brick road looking at all the beautiful colors and textures 🤩 I never want a cup to end! I would lick the container once I was done if I could! So delicious!!!!

All of the flavors are amazing but are a touch too sweet for me for every day. I’ve tried every Greek yogurt out there and this is by far the best! Perfect with fresh berries for breakfast or for making tzatziki or raita!
