Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt is the secret ingredient in our classic buffalo chicken dip, delivering protein without compromising on flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 ½ cups Ellenos Plain Unsweetened yogurt
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Equipment:

  • Casserole dish
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a small casserole dish or 8×8 baking pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into your designated dish and spread evenly.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven until warm and golden and bubbly on top, for about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with your choice of celery and pretzel crisps for dipping.
  5. Store leftovers in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
